My friends and I were planning on arriving on friday night so it wouldn’t bother us if the tourny was for 2 days. Just my 2cents.
I was planning on registering Friday night after I got off work. Does this mean registration is gonna be like at Saturday morning at 10 AM?? I personally don’t mind getting up early but I see this could be a problem for some people. Plus with a 256-man cap, people are gonna be pissed if they got up early to come register and find that they can’t get a spot.
Just some problems I could see, but bottom line - i don’t mind just sat and sun.
it depends andy. we won’t run side games during a day that super is going on cause that would be chaos. so if you are gonna dead friday we might have to push side games to either early sunday, or late late saturday. are you trying to save money by deading friday? if not, i’m sure we can run side games strictly on friday. it might make it a little easier on us this way ppl will just be playing side games and we don’t have to wait for ppl to finish their tournament games.

well the side tourney would be done on sunday inplace of brawl. saturday will be just for tekkan, tvc and of course super.
i can pre reg everyone at cf on friday all day if that is convenient?
im deading friday because i was making room for smash. also when i speak to people they always ask me why am i running 3 days. i just dont see the point of having 3 days when everyone is telling me that they will not make it on friday cause they are comming saturday morning. for teh most part i made it 3 days for melee and brawl. being that im cutting it out i wont have many things for sunday

when is everything suppose to be finished on sunday? cause i have to be back in NC on Sunday night and i really wanna go. are the singles of Super really gonna take that long? cause i might have to catch my flight late afternoon on sunday and i dont wanna sacrifice my spot. is it best just to play on saturday with casuals???

All weekend the venue fee will be $20 instead of the extra $5 late fee. My purpose of the late fee is to prevent late entries the day of the tourney. The best way to encourage early registration is to give away a free venue for every 10 ppl that registers up to 3 give aways (30ppl). just keep in mind that this tourney is capped to 256!

Who is running T6? After ECT2, I’d like to have someone from my community involved and if no one is currently I’d like to volunteer. Just give me some SDTVs and PS3s.

I think tonamento is awesome and all and would love to use it to make brackets (need to know how to do regional seeding), but you still need someone that knows who at least the regular players in the community are so they don’t have to look for someone who’s right in front of their face so they don’t waste time. Just lemme know how I can get in touch with you.
