I’d definitly like to go and I threw the idea to a friend of mine in the area and he seemed interested. Do we need a PS2 or can someone bring one? I’m not exactly comfortable with bringing mine but if there’s no other volunteers I can bring that and the game itself.

Also, because I’m such a new member here I can PM yet, so if it would be possible to post registration here that would great. Thanks!

I at the very least will be attending this tournament. I happen to know a slew of friends who live in Danbury or elsewhere who would want to come to this, but whether they can make it is another issue that I haven’t asked them about. I’m also going to bring a PS3 with two inPin converters (just as good as a Pelican converter, if not better) so the people who wish to use a PS/PS2/PS3 pad or stick will not be excluded from the HDR tournament. I also suppose I’ll bring some GGXXAC for casuals if people are willing to play it (since I know everyone on SRK loves GG just as much as they love Brawl for its depth, balance, and overall fast-paced strategic fighting action). Otherwise, CvS2 will do just dandy.

Niice. Hey I was wondering if we could bring a third party controller to use. I use the Dpad for fighters and as we all know the 360 pad isnt the best so I bought a third party to try and if it works out I’d like to bring it and use it there if it works out alright and if it’s allowed. Otherwise I’ll just use one of your 360 pads.

No biggie. It’s just one of those cheapo Game Stop third party deals that I bought cause the Dpad looks easier to use on it than the usual 360 pad. Just a heads up it’s a wired controller too, not wireless. Not that I think it matters but just thought I’d throw that in there. But yeah by all means look it over. Thanks!

Also, yeah I tried that new controller I bought from Game stop, it’s trash. Don’t buy from Game Stop…I’ll just use a 360 pad there lol.
