uhmm yea this sounds dope but im not sure imma attend anymore due to short on $ n trasnpsortation so if i walk in the door, i will bring the dc n tv n memory card n all that shit n side tourney sounds dope too i guess. just bring ur sticks im not bringing mine and having ppl bitch at me bcz they dont like mine. i have 2 mas’s i will bring em both if i go bring ur own just leave it in the car incase i do go. i will try n go though…

no hate, just real talk. we would have finished earlier had you guys came on time, despite the one cab.
i even remember bill telling you guys to leave early,
and you were still an hour away 30 mins into the tournament.
from experience, running tournaments and having to constantly skip a person or hold up other matches because people arent there gets annoying and irritating as shit.
plus i bet on you vs someone and and you lost. =(
Not only am I coming from far but I have work and crap on that day (A piano gig). Thing is marvel tourney’s don’t typically start til like 5-7 in the after noon for peeps who work an 8-5 which some people do on saturdays. The tourney starts early, I’m not hating on it and am still trying to attend. So you could be a little bit more respectful. Thanks

Cal Poly tourneys have always started early, and the sole reason being most of us want to do shit on a sat night instead of being stuck inside an arcade.
with that said, it should be noted that Marvel tourneys do NOT usually start at 5-7PM, thats just FFA and we are not FFA… we do not have the option of staying open like a REGULAR arcade… its a campus arcade. big difference.
And the work thing is understandable, but it boils down to you deciding whats better for you on that particular day… LIFE, or marvel. I would think that if its that much trouble for you to attend, you may want to reconsider… but if you can make it then more power to you.
like i said, im not trying to be an asshole about it… the main thing is i want this shit started on time and i want all of us to get the fuck out as early as possible.
