The shooter is a 24 year old male, not a 14 year old kid playing IRL GTA who is still learning the difference between right and wrong. No one wants to hear that shit anyway.
Which, incidentally, is also a myth. Kids start to exhibit signs of understanding right from wrong at a very early age. There are other issues that differentiate teenage psychology from adult psychology–such as competing ideas of what’s right, or a distorted understanding of risk vs. reward–but the basic distinction of right from wrong, reality from fantasy,etc. should be well in place by then.
This is a tragedy, but I would like to know why the asshole didn’t watch the movie first.

You guys hear about the man who dropped his baby and left his wife and kids and just bolted out of there. Apparently his baby woke up and started crying because of the gunshots and he thought that was going to draw the killer in his direction so he bolted. A nineteen year old kid helped the wife get their duaghter and infant out of there getting shot in the leg in the process. As sad as this is I can’t help but think of this episode of family guy.
