I’m still someone to develop waiting to develop baby armor. It is one of life’s many disappointments that there is still no function version of it beyond the single baby unit, but that has way too many gaps to be useful in most situations.
No one said he would be invincible, so I’m not sure where you’re getting that from. All that was said (or implied) was that wearing body armor would make it a hell of lot more difficult for him to be significantly wounded, much less killed, if it actually did its job, even if the entire theater was somehow armed and fighting at him without hitting each other.
