Also, Robin, could you tell C3 David to stop emailing me? I’ve told him four times now to stop emailing me, but to no avail. I was retarded enough to hand out my email address the first time I went, and ever since I’ve gotten his crap about tournaments or job openings or whatever other useless nonsense he’s forced my inbox to care about. I don’t need to know that there’s a Halo tournament going on or that there’s a job opening at c3.

Haha, I know, I don’t know how I gave it out! It was especially dumb considering my emphases are in privacy and internet law. I mean there’s a federal statute that prohibits sending commercial emails to people who specifically request that they not be sent commercial emails, and many states have similar laws (although I don’t know about Virginia for sure), but it’s not like I’m gonna go suing C3 or anything.
And yeah, are people even coming to this? I don’t remember the last time a C3 monthly thread had so few replies.

Oh I got plenty of stuff to sue about, don’t you worry. The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth District said in Atzel v Smith that people who blog and post on forums with original content can be sued for libel, and the rules of civil procedure concerning internet law say that one person in one state can sue another in another state for something that happened online, like Smith was a citizen of North Carolina but Atzel sued him in Cali. Long story short, you say anything new and bad about me, you better hope I don’t open a suit on ya; not only would you have to defend yourself on libel, you’d have to show up in California, and if you don’t show up you lose automatically.

The reason there’s not many replies is that I only created the thread about a week ago, or so. The last tourney’s thread was up for 1.5 months.

Yeah so um…not that this is insanely imporatant (maybe it is) but what’s gonna happen with food? I mean…I don’t really like Dominos to begin with and ERRBODY likes chicken. Hell…I got Exo Popeyes for winning the food match vs. myself. Can we move the chicken closer to C3 or something? This caused a rather big issue at the tournament and although this tourney won’t have quite as big of a turnout…I just don’t want to be in the middle of a Popeyes hold up like last time. I just like chicken and went with the black people…that’s all.
