My 5, in no particular order:
Viscant - Every time I read any of his posts where he talks fighters I’m always interested in what he’s saying. I’d love to hear his opinions on various fighters in person.
Sirlin - He’s got an account here, and I have some game design ideas I’d like his input on. Plus I want to lavish him with praise over HD Remix and Kongai. No homo.
Azrael - Everything I’ve read and seen on Japanese culture makes me dislike it (not its people, its culture; I’m no racist), but I’m sure Azrael could tell me stories that would make me vomit with rage and delight.
Million - He’s seventeen different kinds of awesome and would be a blast to hang around with. I could listen to his deviant stories all day.
Sano - To talk comics and Captain N, and I think he’s one of the few people alive who could carry on a sustained conversation about injecting non-Marvel characters into Marvel’s America during Civil War.
EDIT - I forgot a few:
AlphaDragoon and InfiniDragon - I have this great design idea for a two-player game I know they’d have feedback for. Plus I want to instigate arguments about the validity or lack thereof of certain Final Fantasy titles. 
Taichi - Serious Digimon conversation, and the guy can be off-the-wall bonkers in a (hopefully) fun way.
