it just hit me that this is tomorrow. it kinda tickled.
My only counter argument is both games allow you to do hotmapping in ranked modes, but its your tournaments so I understand. Honestly they make gameplay less clunky, so you figured the creators would promote them instead of making button combinations one more thing new players have to learn. Maybe they wanted to save money by putting less buttons on the machines.

That 2010 evo rule I think was stupid there shouldn’t be macros. They don’t make blazblue less clunky it makes it a lil harder that’s all. I think it would be clunky if there was a button for burst,throw,barrier and rapid then there would be like10 buttons the creators have allready dumbed down the mechanics for this series from their previous series guilty gear. Its not that they wanna save money then to adding more buttons its to make the gameplay a lil more difficult.

Winner’s, loser’s and grand finals will be three out of five matches. Grand finals will have two sets if the player from loser’s wins a set.
